• Email address and payment information, if you subscribe to AI-Plus or purchase an Expert Help session

• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
• Errors and performance data to help us maintain service quality

We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us or creating an account.

02 How We Use Your Information

• To process your text and return a humanized result
• To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service

We do not use your submitted text content to train AI models without explicit consent. Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics — such as average text length and mode selection frequency — may be used to improve service performance.

03 Text You Submit

The text you paste into the tool for humanization is transmitted to our processing servers, transformed, and returned to you. We do not permanently store the content of your submissions on our servers after processing is complete.

Submissions are held in memory for the duration of the processing request only. Once the result is returned to your browser, the submitted text is not retained in any persistent storage on our systems.

If you use the Expert Help service, your text will be reviewed by a human editor. In this case, the content is handled under strict confidentiality and deleted upon completion of the session.

04 Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary for the service to function correctly:

• Session cookies: Temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser, used to maintain your current session state.
• Preference cookies: If you are a logged-in subscriber, we store your preferred bypass mode setting.
• Analytics cookies: We use anonymized analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This does not identify you individually.

We do not use advertising cookies or allow third-party advertising networks to place tracking cookies on our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; note that some functionality may be affected.

05 Third-Party Services

To operate the service, we work with a limited number of third-party providers:

• Payment processors: Payment information for AI-Plus subscriptions is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Hosting infrastructure: Our service is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Data is processed and stored within the infrastructure provider's servers.

• Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of last contact

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately.
