AI-Plus is billed weekly at $3.99. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the weekly interval until you cancel. Expert Help sessions are billed per session at the rate displayed at time of purchase.
You may cancel your AI-Plus subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to AI-Plus features through the end of the paid period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service during a paid period, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case individually. Expert Help session fees are refundable if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 14 days notice of any price change to existing subscribers via email.
The Bypass Detector AI website, including its design, code, interface, branding, and underlying technology, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our interface, code, or branding without express written permission. Limited use for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted.
As stated above, you retain all rights to content you submit. The outputs generated from your submissions belong to you. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Service's output as permitted under these Terms.
We make reasonable efforts to calibrate the Service against major AI detection tools. However, we cannot guarantee that any output will pass any specific detector in any specific context. Detection algorithms change frequently, and individual institutional implementations may differ from the versions we test against.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, errors, or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to academic penalties, employment consequences, or reputational harm.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
